SUMMARY:
We started with their bathroom remodel and adding a water line and spigot up the mountain and a new pump. We replaced their existing septic tank, poured a new patio, replaced all the finishes except the ceiling, added a new split system unit.
Phase II consisted of the kitchen remodel. We used existing cabinets the owner had and placed them in the kitchen. We added cabinets underneath a 100-year-old marble slab. We replaced all the flooring and windows.
Phase III was an addition of a new covered patio deck and replaced the roofing on the existing cabin.
