SUMMARY:
Raymond Construction had the opportunity to build CNC’s new high tech industrial and commercial steel manufacturing plant. CNC Fabrication and Machine was completed in October 2014. Raymond Construction was the Construction Manager. This project is a 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with a high bay maintenance shop area in the back and offices in the front of the building.
During the pre-construction phase we completed value engineering to bring the project within budget without affecting its feasibility. We were also able to work with the architect and owner to provide ideas and recommendations on the design of the building. We were able to complete this project within the time frame and budget required.
